I have been involving in various activities and roles to promote Data Science at the University of Connecticut, including

• Founder of the Data Science Initiative, resulting in several Data Science programs at the University
• Co-Founder of the Data Science Individualized Major in Data Science, hosted at the Department of Statistics
• Acting Director of the Data Science Graduate Program until the end of 2019, during that time hosted at the Department of Mathematics
